“Children of the King follows several stories, including my own about growing up as children of Elvis impersonators. Within this framework the film looks at familial relations but also examines the power structure between Post war America and the strongholds of these Asian cities; Manila, Tokyo, and Bangkok, which have the highest number of Elvis impersonators per capita.”
